 Other Information

Sam grew up in Highland County on a beef stocker and cow/calf operation.  He was actively involved in local 4-H and FFA programs and attended leadership programs and showed all species of livestock.  Extension and 4-H have been an important factor to his family for many years.  Sam enjoys the 4-H Youth Livestock and Horse programs and working with youth to achieve their goals.  When not working, Sam enjoys managing and showing his herd of Simmental cattle and traveling.
